Two modem categories listed below (WiFi and value) may help you decide which of the Grande approved modems to purchase. Grande does not provide an actual approved modem list. If you meet Grande’s minimum modem requirements (listed below), a modem should work on their network.
- DOCSIS 3.0 or DOCSIS 3.1 certified
- At least 8 Downstream Channels
- Customers with fiber-to-the-home service must use a Grande internet device (ONT)
- If phone service is necessary, Grande requires use of their own eMTA (cable modem and telephone adapter), which can also be provisioned for internet service (separate eMTA equipment fees may apply)
The modems listed on this page contain the modem requirements for Grande internet service.
Read the Cable Modem Buying Guide to help you choose a modem. Do not forget to purchase your modem accessories.
Note: ApprovedModemList.com may receive a small commission from affiliate links, which helps to keep this website online. To maximize the years of use from a modem, it is strongly recommended to purchase a DOCSIS 3.1 device (the latest standard).
