  1. Its unfair to charge poor people for voip service modem.
    I have a better modem and separate router of my own. I resent I cannot purchase a modem with voip. I pay for internet and quit TV since it is too costly. My wave phone is gov discount life saver

    1. Yes, it is unfair. You would think the ISPs (internet service providers) would offer a reduced rate for low-income families, but they often do not.
